KRYSTAL KEITH’S “DADDY DANCE WITH ME” CROSSES 400K
Video Views Skyrocket For Widely Praised Wedding Song
(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) The rush-release of the video for Krystal Keith’s “Daddy Dance With Me” is resonating with fans as views of the clip have crossed the 400,000 threshold and are building quickly towards a half-million.
A surprise gift recorded for her father Toby Keith and first played for him at her wedding, the song was hurried out for wedding season and Father’s Day. “Being the first bride to dance with her father to this song was special, but I always knew I wanted to get it out there for others, too,” Krystal says. “I’m thrilled so many people are already getting to hear and see this video.”
The “poignant” song, as described by The Boot, and its story have led to extensive media coverage. GAC’s Daryl Addison says the song “showcases a confident young singer with a strong voice,” and notes, “Krystal’s performance carries shades of artists like Reba and Faith Hill while she delivers a sterling neo-traditional ballad.”
“Daddy Dance With Me” is the title song from Krystal’s four-cut EP, which was released April 16. The EP release is a preview of her full-length album Whiskey & Lace, which will be released later this year.
