Willie Nelson and Willie’s Remedy+ Outlaw Bottle

AUSTIN, Texas — Willie’s Remedy+, the cannabis brand inspired by Willie Nelson’s legendary spirit and way of life, continues to gain recognition for its carefully-crafted quality. The THC-infused social tonic was just awarded multiple Double Gold Awards – Best in State and Best Moderate-Dose Spirit on the national level and The Rockies’ regional Best in Show – from America’s Best Hemp THC Beverage competition. This most recent honor was preceded by a Gold Medal from the High Spirit Awards in August.

In addition to experts in the market praising Willie’s Remedy+, consumer response has driven unprecedented growth for the beverage line. In only eight months since its launch, Willie’s Remedy+ has taken over the THC drinks category, selling more than 250,000 bottles and becoming the No. 1 THC beverage online and quickly replicating that success in retail as the brand is poised for a national retail launch in early 2026. To date, the brand has released 10 products in the line: 750ml THC Infused Spirits, 12oz THC Infused Seltzers, and 2oz THC infused shots.

The shots in mini glass bottles and the flagship 750ml bottles of social tonic are available in both 5mg and 10mg doses. Both doses are also represented in the line of seltzers that include three flavors Black Cherry Lime, Strawberry Watermelon, and a Hawaiian favorite POG (Passion Fruit Orange Guava).

Currently, Willie’s Remedy+ is available for direct purchase from DrinkWillies.com in nearly 40 states. Wholesale has already rolled out in Texas, North Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Bottles recently became available at Total Wine in Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kansas Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

For the holiday season, special sales offers will be available for products purchased at DrinkWillies.com. Black Friday will bring 25% off sitewide and a free four-pack of shots with purchases of $150 or more, and a free 10mg bottle for $250 or more. For Cyber Monday, the deal will be 25% off sitewide and a free four-pack of shots with purchases of $150 or more, and a free limited edition Outlaw labeled bottle for $250 or more.

On Giving Tuesday, Willie’s Remedy+ will be starting with a $40,000 donation pledge match campaign to Nelson’s own Farm Aid Foundation. Since its launch, the company has continued Nelson’s longtime support for farmers by proudly sourcing the finest natural ingredients grown in the USA by American farmers and giving back a percentage of all sales directly to those farmers through the Farm Aid Foundation.

From December 4 to 18, DrinkWillies.com will offer a special gift bundle that includes a holiday gift bag, holiday card, recipe kit, and a 10mg bottle.

Willie’s Remedy+ has been crafted to help people live life like Willie Nelson — joyfully, naturally, and without compromise. Rooted in Nelson’s values and decades-long advocacy for cannabis, Willie’s Remedy+ brings together high-quality ingredients, thoughtful formulations, and the outlaw spirit of America’s most iconic legend. In addition to having been the official Cannabis drink sponsor of the 2025 Outlaw Music Festival Tour, Willie’s Remedy+ released a limited-edition Outlaw Bottle with a one-of-a-kind Outlaw label. It was packed in a limited-time bundle of one or two bottles and alongside custom shot glasses and matching Outlaw bandana.

Nelson proclaims, “I used to smoke weed but now I drink weed everyday. This shit’s good!”

With a seven-decade career, Willie Nelson has earned every conceivable award as a musician and amassed reputable credentials as an author, actor, and activist. He continues to thrive as a relevant and progressive musical and cultural force. Nelson started this decade by releasing four albums of newly recorded music—First Rose of Spring (2020), That’s Life (2021), The Willie Nelson Family (2021), and A Beautiful Time (2022, GRAMMY Award winner for Best Country Album)—and three books—Me and Sister Bobbie: True Tales of The Family Band (2020), Willie Nelson’s Letters to America (2021), and Me and Paul: Untold Tale of a Fabled Friendship (2022). Willie celebrated his 90th birthday with multiple projects and events including a two-night star-studded concert at the famed Hollywood Bowl, Long Story Short: Willie Nelson 90, that was released as a feature film and a televised broadcast special. The year began with the debut of “Wille Nelson & Family,” a new five-part film documentary series directed by Thom Zimny and Oren Moverman that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival as well as the release of a new album, I Don’t Know a Thing About Love, which features 10 performances that pay tribute to American songwriter Harlan Howard. Last year also welcomed two new releases: Bluegrass (with newly recorded studio performances of 12 Willie Nelson-penned classics showcasing Willie with a bluegrass ensemble), and a new book, Energy Follows Thought (withstories behind the lyrics of 160 of his favorite songs, along with never-before-seen photos and ephemera). To cap the momentous year, Nelson was inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. In 2024, Nelson expanded his depth of work with the release of two new albums and a new book. The month of May saw the arrival of the studio album The Border, which includes Willie’s versions of 10 contemporary country songs, and four new compositions with Buddy Cannon. And in November he released a cookbook co-authored with his wife, Willie and Annie Nelson’s Cannabis Cookbook: Mouthwatering Recipes and the High-Flying Stories Behind Themas well as another studio album, Last Leaf on the Tree, which features close collaborations with Nelson’s son Micah. For 2025, Nelson released a new studio album, Oh What A Beautiful World, on April 25. The 12-song collection features new Nelson performances of classic Rodney Crowell compositions. In October, Nelson releases a new holiday song, “Christmas Love Song,” written by Bill Anderson, Bobby Tomberlin, and Marv Green. November brings, Workin’ Man: Willie Sings Merle, which premieres Willie’s new interpretations of 11 classic songs written by Merle Haggard. These creative endeavors as well as new songs and performances that add to his classic catalog, find Willie Nelson rolling at an artistic peak, writing and singing and playing with the seasoned wit and wisdom that comes from the road.
